Cathay Pacific is an international airline, established in 1946, also known as Hong Kong’s Flagship career. The Cathay Pacific is committed to provide its customers with an exceptional airline service at its own 80 destinations in 30 countries across Asia, Africa, Middle East, North America, Pacific and Europe (One World Alliance, 2013). The Cathay Pacific is also working with its two major partners Swire Group and One World Global Alliance, which have enabled it to cover more than 900 destinations worldwide (Cathay Pacific, 2013). The major partners of the One World Alliance include British Airways, Japan Airlines, American Airlines, Finn Air, Qantas, Air Pacific, Air China, Malaysia Airlines and Vietnam Airlines (One World Alliance, 2013). According to current statistics, the current workforce of Cathay Pacific consists of 30,000 employees worldwide, including 2700 pilots from 43 nations. The Cathay Pacific also provides cargo services to over 167 destinations and also having its subsidiary Dragon Air company, operating in Asia Region. The major achievements of Cathay Pacific Airline include won prizes about “Best Transpacific Airline” and “World’s Best Cabin Staff”. Until now, the Cathay Pacific has served up to 18 million passengers with brilliant customer services.
