Finally, after 6 nominations in Oscar and 22 years of cinematic career, the Leonardo Di Caprio has won his First Oscar award in 2016. This award has been awarded on his new film “Revenant”, which has beaten the other four films in the competition.

On this lucky day for Leo, the Oscar category of best actor in leading role include five actors, Bryan Cranston (Trumbo), Matt Damon (The Martian), Leonardo Di Caprio (The Revenant), Michael Fassbender (Steve Jobs) and Eddie Redmayne (The Danish Girl). The Leonardo Di Caprio has won this award for the best performance in leading role in his movie The Revenant.
